The bathroom was filthy when we arrived—no one had cleaned it. We mentioned it and they came to tidy it up, but that was the only fix. Our room sat right in the lobby, next to the dining area and reception, so the kitchen clatter woke us at 6 am and other guests stayed in that zone late into the night, ruining our sleep. When we complained about noisy guests in the hall, the front desk did nothing. Plus, it’s a 20‑minute walk from the city center, which is exhausting after a full day of tours.

Constanza and the rest of the staff were top‑notch—always friendly, helpful, and ready to give advice. The bathrooms had been recently renovated and everything worked fine.

Breakfast was decent for the price, and the gentleman who served us was very pleasant, attentive, and helpful throughout. It would be great if they offered tours on site and had a late‑night dinner option for guests who arrive after the usual hours.
