Everything was top-notch here, from the hotel staff's excellent service to Kane's exceptional helpfulness.

“Never stay here”
We never actually stayed. The staff were extremely rude. They wouldn’t let us view any rooms in person, even though we could see photos that were not very good. We mentioned it was my birthday, but they said it was two days away. All they offered was free coffee, and they were still quite rude.
Everything was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was nice and quiet after a long day of walking around the city. Perfect.
