Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
This place looked gorgeous, with saunas, hot tubs, and a steam room exactly as advertised, and everything was extremely comfortable.

I had already visited this property and was quite pleased, and this trip they even gave me a free room upgrade and were genuinely friendly. Everything else was great – the indoor pool was super comfortable, breakfast was plentiful, thank you.

The room, spa, and reception staff were great, breakfast was lovely, and the balcony view was incredible; the pick‑up from the train station worked well, and we even kept our luggage while hiking from hut to hut. The free travel pass was super helpful, sent in advance so we could use it right away. We’ll be back, but we wish we had stayed longer. It’s a bit out of Brunico, but public transport is fine with a bus stop just down the road—nothing major, just a small note.

The weekly activity program, the reception staff’s availability and friendliness, and waiter Marco were all positive. The evening menu could be more typical; we didn’t feel the local flavors and dishes very strongly.

Being close to the gondola at Kronplatz was a big advantage. The staff were very pleasant. Recommendation.
