I stayed at a newly renovated property tucked in a very narrow alley, but the experience turned out to be terrible. Right after booking, before I even arrived, I got an email demanding an extra €10 for the room, supposedly because of a late check‑in, even though I arrived well within the tolerance window. I had chosen a pet‑friendly option, yet no extra fee was mentioned for my dog. Later, I was forced to hand the owner €25 in cash for a supposed laundry charge on a small stain left by the pup; I paid immediately to avoid a fight. Communication was weak and the pricing was unclear, so double‑check every detail before booking!
