The location was gorgeous, the apartment was tidy and the host was very friendly. The breakfast was extensive with plenty of homemade items. Unfortunately, the power went out during the stay and the water pressure was minimal, so the shower barely produced water.

The place is tucked in a quiet spot that's a breeze to reach, and the pool is a real treat. Every morning you hear birds and monkeys—it's like a live soundtrack. Marie whips up the best breakfast and greets us with a smile each day. She's always on hand for any questions and just makes the stay feel easy.

Everything was amazing—from the scenery and howling monkeys to spotting scarlet macaws overhead. The breakfast was over ten stars, all homemade and delicious. We even got a lovely gift from the hosts, a sweet touch. Spotless cleanliness, and Maggie and her husband went above and beyond with their service, charisma, professionalism, and friendliness. It was the best stay ever—100% recommend!

The place is a gem, and Maria is a star—she totally deserves a 12‑star rating. It's a bit remote, reached by a gravel road, but that’s more than made up for by the modern, top‑quality rooms and the homemade food and drinks that Maria pours her heart into. We felt like family after a while. Her cooking, the dishes she uses, even the little shop she runs—everything inspired us, and we took a few souvenirs home. We’d love to come back to Finca Quietud again.
