The building is wonderful with beautiful architecture and furnishings. The breakfast is exquisite. The staff are kind, helpful, and multilingual. The little dog is very friendly and affectionate. The balcony door did not close completely, there were no screens on that door or on the beds, and cracks under the exterior doors let insects in. In the shower we found a “nice” tarantula at night.

The staff were wonderful, very polite and responsive. They let us leave our car at the national park while we were away. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, hot water was available and the room had decent amenities. We stayed twice at night—early and late in our trip to the national park—with two different room categories and prices booked, but each time we were assigned the same room (somewhere between the two bookings). The first night we were charged as if we had stayed in the larger room listed on Booking, and on the second night I thought we would pay the lower rate as shown on Booking, but we were charged more than the Booking price, claiming the room was better. It was unpleasant because we ended up paying almost twice as much; this should have been clarified at check‑in rather than after.

Casa de Campo is a beautiful home just a 10‑minute walk from the center of Rurrenabaque. The garden and raised veranda are great places to relax. The owner and staff are warm, welcoming, and relaxed. The food was delicious. We loved the homemade yogurt and fresh fruit for breakfast and the beautifully cooked fish for dinner.

The place was incredible, the food was excellent, and the staff were so friendly that I couldn’t recommend it enough; we just wish we had stayed longer.

Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit and great coffee, the location is ideal, and every staff member was extremely kind and attentive, providing first‑class service throughout the stay – 100% recommendable!
