The location was good for families and the staff were very friendly, but the breakfast was very basic and scant, delivered to the room. We stayed for four nights, yet the room was never cleaned and we had to fetch fresh towels and toilet paper each evening. It feels more geared toward locals than European tourists.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the breakfast was basic. There was no phone to reach the front desk, the walls were thin so you could hear other rooms, and they charge extra for early check‑in.

We finally got a room with windows—though it was noisy! We had rented a room we didn’t know was windowless, it felt like a cell, and after bargaining we managed to get a windowed room. How can a booking site allow this? We paid a lot for the room and had to incur extra costs because the booking didn’t disclose the room type.
