This hotel is a scam – it DOES NOT EXIST. Arriving at the address, there is no such hotel; instead another hotel stands there, unaware of Bonjour, and no one answers the phone. AVOID THIS PLACE! It should be removed from the booking site.

There is nothing in the bathroom or the room to put on or to get dressed in (lipstick, etc.); bring your own drinking water.

Only a pleasant boy worked at the desk, but the stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish: breakfast was absolutely terrible with barely any food that tasted awful, the room was shocking in its dirtiness and windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years – you wouldn’t even touch the curtains, overall hygiene was unacceptable, the bathroom was a disaster with a broken shower that leaked water all over the floor, and on the last day there was no hot water, which made the situation even more frustrating; there was no elevator or assistance for luggage, so I had to carry a 23 kg suitcase up to the second floor by hand, which was incredibly inconvenient.
