The hotel is beautiful and stylish, the breakfast is very good, the spa area is nice, and the staff are very friendly.

The atmosphere is rich and the breakfast is sumptuous, the staff are classy and professional, the reception service is efficient, and the spa is a fairy tale.

The location is fine, but the star rating is inconsistent with what the property delivers; it claims 5 stars but does not live up to it. The list of allergens is displayed at the breakfast room entrance but not on the food itself. The spa should be quiet, yet people were speaking loudly, singing, and scrolling Instagram in the hot tub area. Moreover, the snacks and water bottles brought in were not consistent with a 5‑star ambience, and tea and water were missing in the spa. In the room, there were plastic cups and a plastic spoon for tea.

The spot is great and the outside scenery is beautiful, but the rooms feel a bit worn even after a recent renovation; they just don't match a five‑star standard, and parking at 25€ seems a bit pricey.
