The quietness amid nature, the cleanliness, the breakfast, and the location for exploring the Abruzzes were all excellent. The only downside is that the cottage can be hard to locate.

Breakfast offered a good mix of sweet and savory items. The staff were very friendly. I would suggest putting up clearer signage, especially on the last stretch of road where there are no directions.

Luca and his team were incredibly kind, personable, and accommodating throughout our stay. Communication was excellent and always prompt, which made everything so easy. The property was exceptionally clean, very well maintained, and felt comfortable and welcoming. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and the entire property was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!. Google Maps will definitely be your best friend when finding the property! It’s located up a winding road, so I would recommend arriving during daylight hours if it’s your first time driving there. Once you arrive, though, the peaceful setting and beautiful views make it well worth it!

The garden was gorgeous and the pool, complete with a well‑equipped bar, made for delightful mornings. The owners were very helpful and relaxed. My room was spacious with a small terrace, and the free parking was a real bonus. However, the breakfast was disappointing, even by plain Italian standards – barely any bread and no eggs, never enough for all guests.
