The room had great entertainment options like wifi, a PC, and streaming services, and the free items in the mini fridge were a nice touch, yet the hot tub in our room wasn’t working and there were random stains on the furniture that weren’t on the bed.

The hotel offers valet parking in downtown Seoul, roomy suites, a bubble‑bathtub, a large bed, and it’s about a 15‑minute walk to a subway station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, plus good access to Gangseo and Incheon. Nothing major disappointed me, though the area has many love hotels and the roads seemed congested, possibly due to construction.

The location is nice, the rooms are roomy, and the staff are kind. The only issue was that the bed was extremely hard and the room had a strong smoke smell.

The suite came with a massage chair, two beds, a high floor, a jacuzzi, a spacious bathroom and living area, a table, sofa, big TV and a computer ready for gaming and logged‑in to Netflix. As soon as we entered it felt damp and humid, there were no windows, and although we booked for three people only two pairs of slippers were provided.

The place is right next to the metro, which makes getting around a breeze, and there are plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, so the area feels lively. I couldn’t locate the air‑conditioner switch at first, only to discover it’s paired with the TV remote, and a staff member came in to show me how it works.
