The location is great for reaching temples, gardens, and typical neighborhoods on foot or by riverboat. The bathroom could be better – it’s small and uncomfortable, especially the shower, and I’d add lamps on the bedside table so I could turn off the main light without stumbling in the dark to the bed.

The room was spacious but a bit outdated. One of the windows had no curtain, so I had to tape black bags over it to block out the light.
