“Worst booking experience ever”
This was by far the worst booking experience I have ever had. On the first day, after an argument with Fatima, Said started throwing stones at the window, banging on the doors, and shouting insults. Some guests were even unable to access their belongings because Fatima refused to open the door. The place was not clean and did not look anything like the photos. If you stay on the upper floor, you may not be able to leave if the door is locked from the inside at night. There was absolutely no peace or quiet. The listed check‑out time was 12:00, but I was told to leave at 11:00 instead. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Too far from the beach and the city center. I also had difficulty finding the location because the address provided was not clear or accurate. There is no lock on the bathroom door, so there is no privacy.
