It was clean. Barley Luke warm water to shower, that takes around 5min to come around. No house keeping in the 6 days I was there. I had 3 towels and my own pillow and pillow cases. The wash cloth they leave you to shower with is left on a note saying it's used to wipe soiled boots and makeup off with. Had to buy my own face cloth. That was gross. Tried to over charge me for an extra night. Other than that it was ok

staff was very accommodating and friendly very comfy beds. bathroom doors should swing out & not in as it takes up space if 2 people are in the bathroom at once
The first room’s door didn’t lock, and in the second room the TV required the manager to fix it. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed properly and still had debris on it.
“good value but not a super star place”
The rooms were comfortable, but the common area, hallways, and stairs were untidy. Breakfast often ran out of items and there was a delay before more were cooked.

Most things were very good as usual, but the breakfast had fallen behind; the food was cold, stale, and just not good, there were no waffles, and the pancake machine was old and didn’t cook well. The staff were willing to help, but they should be on top of things from the start. Otherwise it’s a nice place to stay.
