The staff was very welcoming, even offering bell‑boy service, a rarity in North America. The breakfast spread and staff were wonderful, and I loved the pistachio croissants. The hotel feels a bit old‑school, but we enjoyed every bit of it. The only thing that could be better is if the entrance were stroller accessible.

The hotel has an excellent location, is very pretty with nice lounges, offers good breakfast, and the staff are very friendly. As a woman, a mirror is missing in the room and the lighting could be better; the plugs for connecting are very far from the bed.

Very close to the station, an elegant building with helpful staff. The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good.
