No positives. The breakfast quality had dropped compared to last year; due to a data entry mistake I didn’t get dinner, and even when I asked for it I still didn’t get it; I would have liked a confirmation email.

After arriving, the welcome afternoon tea was very relaxing while soaking in the sea‑view foot bath. The pamphlet I received at check‑in listed the sunrise time, so unexpectedly I was able to see the sunrise the next morning. The staff were all very pleasant, the Yakult after the bath was nice, and the free massage device was good! The bath chair and floor were slippery, maybe because of the quality of the hot spring. Also, when I bathed in the morning, the glass windows and the open‑air bath door were dirty.

The view was great! There were many enjoyable things like welcome sweets, night parfaits, and unlimited drinks, so I had a comfortable stay. The breakfast rice pot was delicious. The staff were wonderful. If I ever go to Atami again, I’ll stay here again!

The staff were very polite. There was a welcome afternoon tea and a closing parfait. The building was clean and tidy, and there was a foot bath in the lobby.

It was quiet and comfortable, and the meals weren’t a buffet but a relaxed sit‑down setting with tasty dishes. The elevator was a bit jerky, which made me uneasy.
