The price was good. It was very far away.

The staff, especially Victoria at reception, were very attentive. The breakfast was delicious.

I forgot a sentimental ring in the room. When I realized it was missing, we went back to the hotel to look for it. The hotel staff denied seeing the ring or finding anything. At that time there was another guest in the room, and they refused to knock because it would give the hotel a bad image. Is keeping something that isn’t yours really a bad image?
