“Triste com que a pousada se tornou”

I stay at the lodge every year and have been celebrating my son’s birthday there for four years, yet this time I was very disappointed. The service was horrible, the room was dirty, the sheets and blanket smelled bad, and worse, I got a rash that I’m not sure is scabies, but I’m already seeing a doctor – a total loss in every way. The staff were extremely rude; I had to leave late at night with my autistic son in the rain to get cutlery at the barbecue area because that’s what the employee told me to do. I was very sad. I always recommended and liked the lodge, it really looks beautiful, but the service has dropped a lot. We didn’t even get basic hygiene, and I paid 48 reais for a terrible dish of stale, flavorless dry meat. I was very upset and will definitely look for another place next year. Everything – horrible service, horrible accommodation, no cleaning, terrible food.

“Pousada simples, mas com ótimo custo-benefício. Cumpriu o objetivo.”

I liked the breakfast, the clean sheets, the parking, and the roomy room. The spot is great because it runs parallel to Via Dutra in Aparecida, making it a solid choice for a break. It’s a basic stay but has everything needed at a fair price; only the air‑conditioner was noisy.

“Como foi de passagem, para proseguir”

So, the service and the room were okay. The lodge does not offer an area for you to stay with family and friends; it only has a pool area, where everything is charged and guests must comply with the rules. The rooms have a staircase where mobility is very limited.
