The hotel is very well located, right next to Termas dos Laranjais and close to good restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and the like. The staff were very attentive, the breakfast was very good and well served. The building looks old, but it’s very clean, organized, and well maintained.

I was greeted by very polite and helpful staff, enjoyed a plentiful breakfast, and found the room and location superb; I have nothing to complain about and plan to stay again, highly recommend.

They moved me to Portela 2 because of maintenance, but let me know a few days ahead so no surprises, the parking is partially covered, rooms, beds and bathrooms are fine, simple but cozy, though the parking noise—cars banging on the doors—disturbs the room.

Breakfast was good, the bed comfortable, the location great and the value excellent, but the room is basic with only a central lamp, the internet fluctuated a bit, and the smart TV struggled to load apps.
