The room was quiet, but the front desk cancelled my reservation just before I arrived; I was traveling from the US with a delayed flight, had already given my flight details, and when I got there I had to rebook while my taxi waited in case I’d go elsewhere—I was too tired to keep going and the staff wasn’t very helpful.

The location was good, but the room lacked a brush, paste, and other toiletries besides bathing gel and shampoo, and the breakfast was horrible.

We were assigned a room that had a newer shower and looked very nice, yet when we left for the day the trash was taken but the bed wasn’t made; nevertheless, when we requested fresh towels they were delivered promptly.
