Directly connected to the station and the same building has restaurants, which was convenient. The room was spacious, the luggage‑spread area was large, and the bathtub let us relax. When I called the front desk to borrow a hair iron, they brought it to my room, which was a huge help.

New, clean, and very tidy; the separate bath and toilet is a plus. The front café is quiet and easy to spend time in.

Easy access, 3 min walk to JR station. The purified water was safe to drink. The lobby café offered light meals and drinks. Friendly staff helped us fill out luggage‑shipping labels before we arrived, based solely on the conversations I had with them beforehand, which really saved us time and made the process very easy. I really appreciated it! A bit expensive during our stay.

The hotel sits right near Yokohama Station, making it easy to get to. My room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Check‑in and check‑out were simple, and there were plenty of food options around the station and the attached mall. No complaints from me.
