Everything was perfect—the warm welcome, the staff always ready to help, the lively entertainment and spotless rooms were all first‑rate. The only downside was the power cuts, but those were happening across all of Tunisia and not the hotel's fault.

The location is ideal. Breakfast is varied and excellent. The staff is top‑class. The pool and beach are magnificent. One point not to overlook: a small supermarket is just across from the hotel. It would have been nice to have a mini‑fridge in the room, especially with the high temperatures. The Wi‑Fi is mediocre. The worst part is the taxis parked around the hotel—they operate without meters and are very unpleasant.

The setting and the staff are friendly and attentive. The establishment feels a bit outdated and would benefit from renovations. Breakfast is plentiful but could be upgraded.

The property is gorgeous, impeccably kept, and the front desk staff were very welcoming; the pools were clean, the animators offered a full range of activities and were extremely friendly, the walkways were pleasant, there was a kids’ play area and even kayak rentals, and I appreciated the careful attention to the room. On the downside, the buffet presentation was plain and more like a self‑service line, the restaurant staff’s smiles seemed a bit shy, the poolside was slippery, the showers were finicky, lifeguards were scarce early in the season (hours roughly 9:30‑18:00 except meal breaks), and the Wi‑Fi was hard to connect to.
