The pool area was nice, but the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath services were lacking.
The photos promised a lot—sauna, pool, beautiful rooms—but in reality no one held me at the gates and demanded money to get in; I refused, asked to see a room first, and after being convinced it wasn’t worth anything, they took the money and left, which was terrible.

The cleaning was excellent.
I thought the place looked pretty, but the person who attended us wasn’t very friendly, so we ended up renting somewhere else later. Even though we arrived late and exhausted after taking a taxi from Guayaquil, the manager was not friendly at all and didn’t let the taxi driver enter with the car; despite their facilities being empty, we offered to pay for a room but it wasn’t possible.
