The location was great, the bus to Oxford was very convenient, and we received plenty of information about visiting Oxford.

The location was brilliant, a lovely walk by the river into the city centre, the staff were friendly and positive and made you feel welcome, and there’s a noise policy so you don’t get woken by neighbours; our only complaint was minor—there was no TV, which makes sense with the noise policy, but we had tablets so it was very minor.

I felt secure thanks to the CCTV covering the whole property, but the bedroom curtain was hanging 6 inches off the rod and the loo was so cramped that I had to keep the toilet door open.
