Excellent accommodation in Santa Cruz de la Sierra! We were very well received by the team from the moment we arrived. The rooms are very cozy and the location is perfect, very close to the main square, which makes walking around the centre a lot easier. Another strong point is the breakfast: very good and in a self‑service format, letting guests feel completely at ease to serve themselves. I recommend it!

The staff were very friendly, good communication via WhatsApp before arrival. There was lighting and a plug at each bed. After checking out I was allowed to stay in the hostel because I had a flight that afternoon. Good breakfast. The location is in a dangerous neighbourhood, yet I had no problems. My mattress was very saggy and uncomfortable. Some deep cleaning would be needed.

Hm… not much unfortunately. The free coffee and morning breakfast, good bed and shower, welcoming people. The location is very bad, dirty, insecure, avoid. The building is depressing. I had a private room and could hear so many noises from outside in my room. There is no city view from the room, mine faced a wall… you can go on the roof.

Os funcionários são gentis, nos ajuda em exatamente tudo que precisarmos! (Rafael, meu xará, um anjo!) Colegas de quarto legais e respeitosos. A cama é espaçosa, ar condicionado funciona. Colchão e limpeza precários. Chuveiro frio
