Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The accommodation is very pretty and the staff is friendly, though they were rarely present on site. Everything else feels modern and well maintained. For me it was fine, but in the future I’d rather choose an apartment because the facilities here are quite limited. Still, for a hotel room it was great. Nothing really stood out as negative, though depending on one’s expectations it might feel a bit sparse.

The rooms are nice, very clean, and the place is well situated. The communication was very pleasant and reliable. A few things are missing, like a few shelves in the bathroom for cosmetics, and the scent in the hallway was too strong for our taste. Small tweaks that could be fixed quickly. All in all, I’d come back without hesitation.

The house is quiet. Everything is fine.

Every room comes with a coffee machine and its own coffee. Plates, cups, and knives are also provided. It’s very quiet, and you can get around quickly by bike. However, there’s no proper way to wash the dishes afterward because the sinks in the bathroom are very small. You’ll need to bring your own towels and dishcloths.

The area is close to the beach and the city centre. Quiet side streets made for good sleep. The bed was super comfortable. A plus was having a capsule coffee machine in the room, free coffee, milk, and sugar. The fridge in the closet is so tiny it barely fits a few packages of sausage, so it’s quite small. Two plates, two knives, two spoons, two coffee cups with saucers were all there. No dishcloth for drying. Cleanliness was lacking: dog hair, cobwebs over the bed, black mold on the floor and between the tiles in the shower, black mold on the baseboards near the window door. The fridge issue repeats. No dishcloth. The Wi‑Fi was a disaster; every time the TV program froze even though there were two router numbers. Nothing worked smoothly—no messaging or TV.
