The location, cleanliness, and spaciousness were great, but the elevator was out of service and the common areas weren’t clean.

We stayed briefly at La Bella Casa before an early flight back to Europe, and it had everything we needed: it was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the central spot was quiet at night. Mohamed at reception was very friendly and made check‑in smooth. The only caveat is the stairs—this hostel sits on the third and fourth floors and there’s no elevator, so watch out if you’re not comfortable climbing.

Nothing noteworthy. No elevator! Our room was on the fourth floor, so the climb was exhausting and there was no clear sign outside the building to guide us to the accommodation. A staff member told us we’d paid the stay fee but not the tax; when I showed him I’d paid both, he raised his voice at us.
