The place is excellent and Lorenzo was very attentive, but we were three adults and only got two sets of towels per person.

The staff were excellent, but the bathroom had a water leak from the shower that soaked the floor.

The location is good, close to Grand Via, restaurants, and shops, and the security guard was very helpful, yet the room was in bad shape: floors were falling apart, sheets had a stain I had to cover with a towel, the shower had a bit of mold at the bottom, there was no staff in the office except at check‑in, and there was no local phone number to reach a live person.
