The pool was a bit cold but still fine, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant food was good. The apartment was clean and spacious. The sauna didn’t work, the jacuzzi was dirty, and the pool water was very cold, but overall the pool and spa were okay.

We had to leave before breakfast, so we told the front desk and they packed us some food for the trip—really thoughtful.

The hotel was nice with plenty of facilities, from the pool to the sauna and comfortable beds. The shower water wasn’t hot; we mentioned it to reception and they said they’d look into it, but we still couldn’t take a warm shower. The waiter in the restaurant was grumpy, and we received the menu in Bosnian while the table next to us had an English one. People were waiting a long time for food, and within 5 minutes we heard several complaints. We quickly moved to another restaurant that had better service and lower prices.
