Come gli ospiti valutano la struttura, aspetto per aspetto.
The location was good and the manager was considerate about accommodating a late breakfast, and they supplied whatever facilities were possible such as an electric kettle and blankets. However, the room didn’t match the details and images on the site, lacked a heater and electric blankets, the bathroom toilet was loose and the flush didn’t work, and the bathroom itself was poorly maintained.

The bed was comfortable—that was the only good thing. The staff behaved poorly: the male receptionist refused to print a document and didn’t even suggest a place to print it, saying “I don’t know” in a rude tone; at checkout we tried to return a sealed water bottle and were denied; we missed breakfast on day one and were denied any adjustment; the room was dirty with spit marks on the walls, the dustbin still had a previous dirty bag with spit that staff only removed after we requested it; the bathroom was dirty and the water smelled; power sockets were loose, causing chargers to spark when plugged in. Please improve your service or don’t list your hotel on such platforms.

I was greeted by SAFINA, who goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome, and Vikram, who both strive to give the 20‑year‑old hotel in the heart of Katra a touch of pride. Their hospitality was truly remarkable, and I wish Safina, Vikram, and DograJi continued good health and long lives. However, the inner lock‑bolt in the washroom of ROOM NO. 302 needs fixing.

Traveling with a senior and children, we encountered numerous issues at this hotel. Even though we booked two months in advance, the rooms were still unfinished upon our arrival. When we checked in around 11 am after Darshan, the staff told us breakfast was over and refused to take our food orders. We asked for quick snacks because the family was exhausted and hungry, but the staff was not at all helpful.

The room service, staff, food, and location were all commendable, and the super‑deluxe rooms were spacious and pleasant, making for a generally good stay. On the downside, the semi‑deluxe and deluxe rooms were in a dilapidated state and required significant renovation, and the rooms themselves were not cleaned properly.
