The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and looked great. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the toilet not flushing properly, and the air conditioner leaked from condensation. We informed the staff on the day of departure and they promised repairs. They compensated us with points toward our next visit.

The staff’s friendliness and the cleanliness were wonderful! The only thing we didn’t like was that we left a pair of swim trunks and it was too far away to retrieve them.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was nice, and the hot tub was also very nice. We didn’t use the pool at all, but someone mentioned it was very cold. The only complaint was the pillows lol, otherwise I would absolutely come back.

The hotel was quiet and clean. However, the down bedding requested in the reservation was not removed from the room, and there was no working Keurig machine. They did not replace it as I had asked.
