When we arrived, the staff wouldn't let us bring our luggage into the room, telling us to leave everything we didn't need at the front desk. Because we booked a discount rate, they said the air‑conditioning wasn't included and demanded an extra €5 per day to turn it on, while also insisting we hand the key to the elderly caretaker and report every time we entered or left the room.
