The proximity to the sea was good. Breakfasts were fairly decent. The playground for children was adequate, though some areas had worn‑out edges. I do not recommend this place for a commercial stay with a small child. Even though I asked for a travel crib (which should have been available as part of the offer), we did not find one in the room. Reception staff were extremely rude, unhelpful, and poorly informed about reservation details. The crib was finally provided with the promise of an unspecified fee that was never charged. Moreover, the receptionist suggested that parents sleep with the child, yet the assigned room had two collapsed beds instead of a large double, forcing the child to sleep in the gap between mattresses. The travel crib barely fit into the tiny room, and we had to set it up in the hallway, making movement in the room difficult. The adult beds were terrible – both the mattresses and the pillows were sagging or compressed. Sleep comfort was 2/10, and sleeping with a child would have been a real nightmare. The room was dark, with windows facing the courtyard where the patients’ laundry was, and there was no daily vacuuming. Wall insulation was very poor, so you could hear the TV of neighbors or even normal conversations. There was no hair dryer in the room. Breakfasts were decent, though meat products were limited to only two or three types of cold cuts. There were no child animations, the playroom was linked to the game room, and for the youngest (0‑5 years) there was only a box of blocks and broken crayons, no activities. The pool was completely unsuitable for children – no shallow area, no slide or other elements, the jacuzzi water was rather warm, the jacuzzi depth was 65 cm, and pool access was limited to 3 p.m. for patients.
