Close to the city’s sights. The street noise and the flushing sound made it impossible to sleep, even though the room had all the expected comfort.

The location and cleanliness were good, yet there was no water in the fridge, no tea or coffee sachets, and the WhatsApp communication was sometimes inaccurate; nobody was around, and the toilet with a septic tank made a lot of noise at night.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, communication via WhatsApp was excellent, and you could drop off luggage if your flight was late; it was less than 15 minutes on foot from the center and close to bus and metro stops for Mergellina, Pompeii, Herculaneum, or Sorrento, with a supermarket and shops on the corner. I personally missed some tea or coffee bags, but that wasn’t a problem; we bought them the next day at the supermarket.

Breakfast was a bit weak, just a piece of pastries and coffee; they should add juices or smoothies for children, which are paid separately. The fridge makes a trigger‑like noise whenever it starts or stops, which is annoying.
