We had an amazing stay, though only for one night. If we’d known how incredible this place was, we would have booked more nights! We enjoyed the cenote alone in the evening and morning, even dining inside it. Truly wonderful! The staff were very friendly, and we highly recommend this accommodation to everyone. We’ll definitely return someday 😊

The outdoor environment (welcome to the jungle!), exclusive cenote, attentive service, spotless site, quality breakfast and dinner, and simple accommodation. The only downside is the humidity in August, which is related to the season rather than the hotel.

Stepping into Hotel Secreto Cenote felt like walking onto a movie set; every moment was special, peaceful, and hard to put into words. The private cenote was the highlight, a magical place where the whole family could swing like Tarzan, jump from various heights into crystal‑clear water, swim, explore, and simply relish having this natural paradise almost entirely to themselves—a memory children will never forget. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, with every detail thoughtfully arranged and staff attention exceptional. The food was delicious, and throughout the stay I felt genuinely cared for. Surprises added to the unforgettable experience: a private dinner in the cenote, a unique and romantic setting surrounded by nature, and an evening bonfire with marshmallows, stars overhead, and a truly unreal atmosphere. Hotel Secreto Cenote is one of those rare places that is hard to describe; it isn’t just a stay—it’s an adventure filled with peace, nature, warmth, and unforgettable memories. Absolutely incredible, completely unique, and a place we will never forget.

Staying at Secreto Maya was a unique experience. We loved the place, its energy, and the wonderful staff who were kind and eager to make our stay perfect. We tried the Temazcal, which was really powerful, swam and dunned at the cenote, climbed the tower to catch sunset and sunrise, and ended the day with a bonfire under an almost full moon… what else could we ask for? Food was delicious, people friendly and professional, and the surroundings pure magic.
