The service was outstanding—before we even arrived, Jeanine took great care of us, making our stay even more special with her warm and helpful attitude. The location was superb, offering a spectacular view of Knysna and being close to the main attractions, plus there was secure private parking with spots right by the rooms. Breakfast was excellent, featuring a cold‑buffet, a variety of breads and the option to choose your own hot dish. Knysna itself is wonderful with plenty to do, and one night simply wasn’t enough to experience it all.

The place was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. What really made our stay special, though, was the incredible hospitality. The manager was an absolute gem — genuinely kind, friendly, thoughtful, and always happy to help with anything we needed. She made us feel more like guests in her own home than customers at a guesthouse, and that personal touch made a huge difference. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations, and we honestly didn’t want to leave. If we ever come back to the area, this will 100% be our first choice. I can’t recommend this place enough.
