We had a great time overall; the room was spotless and housekeeping was consistently good. The front desk ladies were always friendly, pleasant, and very helpful. The only downside was breakfast, which felt a bit repetitive; a wider selection would have been nice. Everything else was excellent, so I recommend it!

The bed was okay, but most of the time the mattresses and pillows were less comfortable. It’s in a not‑so‑nice area, it’s very basic, but it worked.

The hotel is close to the metro and has a nice view from the top floor.

The large room was fully equipped, modern, and came with a balcony—just like mine. It’s near the metro, facing the street with shops nearby, and the building itself is pretty nice. The only issue was the cleaning crew who start at 9 am and knock on the door repeatedly unless you put a “do not disturb” sign outside.

The hotel refused to allow double occupancy, so I had to pay an extra €60. I’m still waiting for a refund.
