The place is great for a couple’s getaway, with Ricardo’s warm service and the cozy atmosphere making the break truly enjoyable. The breakfast is excellent and delicious. I can’t think of anything to criticize— we were very comfortable and loved spending the weekend at Pachán.

We loved the large window in the room, the cleanliness, the bed’s comfort, the in‑room breakfast with warm croissants, and the tranquility—pure luxury. Nothing negative.

The room offered peace and great views, and the manager was very kind. The pillow was too firm and high for my taste; it would be helpful to provide a small pillow menu for guests.
