The host is friendly and very responsive, though the cleanliness could be better; overall I was satisfied with my stay.

The host Peter was accommodating. It was quiet. Very centrally located close to Canada Line station. You could hear people do laundry in the morning. There could be more towels

Compared to other hotels, the price is reasonable, but the hygiene is concerning: the bathroom trash seems to have been left for days, there's a strong odor, someone’s underwear was found, and towels from previous guests were piled up, raising doubts about the sheets and duvet.
