The stay was excellent, located right in the city center with all activities, museums, and botanical gardens nearby; the room was comfortable and clean, and everything we needed was included, but in the hot weather the hotel should provide at least two bottles of water per person.

Everything is excellent—from the location and the very attentive reception to the comfortable rooms that are all clean, organized, and quiet; the room lighting was perfect, and there are nice extras like free afternoon tea with tasty options; the restaurant is very good, especially thanks to Ricardo’s impeccable service.

The staff were warm, gracious, and welcoming; the hotel was exceptionally clean and we felt comfortable and well cared for throughout our stay; the location was excellent, very central with the Prado Museum, other major galleries, restaurants, and the historic centre all within easy walking distance; we especially appreciated the complimentary afternoon snacks, which were such a thoughtful touch; overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would happily recommend it.
