The rooms were new and the furnishings were meticulously detailed. The owner, a very kind person, was available and everything was exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen was very useful. Thank you, Mr. Vito; we will recommend his property to anyone.

A nice, clean apartment in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to the center of Marseille. The installed air conditioning had insufficient power.

The building is new, the location is very convenient for reaching the center, and it’s quiet. The owner was very kind and especially helpful, having the room ready for us in the morning, which we appreciated. The cleanliness of the property deserves particular praise. The only suggestion is to provide dispensers in the bathrooms to avoid the small bottles and to check the mini‑fridge in the room, which doesn’t cool properly. There is, however, a shared kitchen with a fridge and freezer available.

Parking was available on the street, and the spot was a quiet area just 5‑10 minutes from the city center. The bed was super comfy and the shower felt great. Service was excellent; the staff helped with everything from restaurant suggestions to extra shower gel.

The place was clean, the staff were available, and they offered a garage for our bikes. Nothing else.
