“Super i extra”
The location of the property is fantastic, right next to St. Peter’s Basilica. Check‑in was very comfortable, the contact with the owner was extremely friendly and generous. Daily cleaning! It was incredibly clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed. It matched the description perfectly. We were delighted with our stay. We definitely recommend it and would gladly return! Super!
“Horrible experiencia. No volveré más y no la recomiendo.”
Nothing positive. The hotel manager reached out multiple times before check‑in to ask when I would arrive, and I kept replying the same thing. It’s obvious they’re very disorganized. When I got there, no one was there despite the repeated inquiries. I had to call and wait for someone to give me a key code. They could have avoided this by sending the code beforehand. The staff also sent me WhatsApp messages at 5 am with “???” about non‑urgent matters. This woman doesn’t get that I’m not on vacation and won’t be available 24 hours a day. The location is said to be the best, and the hotel is near the Vatican, but to enter the Vatican Museums you have to go around the entire Vatican City, meaning a 30‑minute walk. Noise: the cleaning staff starts early and plays music on a speaker from their phone, which is very annoying. The upstairs neighbors also make a lot of noise. I can’t understand how this is a 4‑star hotel; it has no features that justify that rating.
A lovely property just a few steps from the Colosseum, with impeccable staff who were always available.

The place was spotless and snug, with no hiccups whatsoever. The host was very reasonable and approachable, making the whole experience enjoyable. The location was perfect, as noted.

The building is very central, just steps from Piazza San Pietro and the Vatican City, close to bus and metro stops. The room and surroundings were immaculately clean—kudos. The staff were friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the breakfast at a special rate at the bar across the street, paying €3.50 for brioche and coffee/cappuccino.
