Great spot, gorgeous room, spotlessly clean, good breakfast. Room service was slow.

The front desk team were very friendly and efficient. The restaurant staff were exceptional—forgot their names, but they made us feel right at home. They baked a special cake for my birthday and treated us like royalty.

The place was outstanding, service was phenomenal, the food tasted amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and caring.

It was the most awful place to choose for a vacation ever. If anyone wants to ruin their stay and give money at the gun point should choose Nerve wracking Notorious Norbu. It was a torture for me n my family including senior citizens n kids who were simply tortured in every way since check in till check out. We had a hope against hope that the next min will be better but. They hv gundas there whom they call their vendors n the staff is just there to exploit especially ARPAN RAI and 2 more members with him who abused me. Pics uploaded. Not to be forgotten, Kushal Rana who calls himself as the GM had no say at all. He too bullied us with his team. To the extent they tortured the senior citizens with 2 hrs deliberate delay in dinner. Gundas own this hotel. Beware before u book. Also I had mentioned my preference on booking. Com but harrasment is all I had. Worst experience everr. Worst vacation is all they made.
