The rooms were nice, comfy, and clean, and the location was great, though the breakfast was a bit under‑cooked but still acceptable.

The staff were very friendly, even making a bacon sandwich for my friend to take because he had to leave before breakfast started. The room was comfortable, the bins were emptied regularly, and the bathroom was well stocked. The location was ideal for the beach, the town centre, and the Empress Ballrooms. Breakfast was very good, cooked promptly, and served quickly. The decor felt a little tired but was still well maintained.
