The room was comfortable, cleaned, and the beds were comfortable. The property is located in a good location, and main attractions was in walking distance and near tramvay station for transport. Ill recomended it. Maybe, just the toilet need some more construction

The location was brilliant, with everything very close by. However, the hotel was quite rundown and the cleanliness, especially the toilets, was disappointing. The toilet seats were broken, and even after I asked for them to be fixed, nothing was done. We have stayed at a hotel in Istanbul that was cheaper than this one, but the service, hygiene, and overall experience were much better. I paid more for this hotel, so I expected a better standard. Being completely honest, I wouldn’t recommend it unless they improve the facilities and make the hotel much cleaner and more hygienic. The hygiene of toilets

Located about 5mins away from the bosphorus. Needs a renovation of the bathroom, one lift takes awhile to get to rooms if checking in big groups
