“Desilusión total.”
In 2022 I stayed here often and loved everything – the comfort, the cleanliness, the security and the service. I returned in 2025 and everything had fallen apart; the time had passed and no maintenance was done. We found the entrance doors and the room open, half a roll of toilet paper, corroded furniture, all the sheets wrinkled and full of hair, every pillow ruined, the climate barely worked and the fan was full of dust. We left immediately, told the management, and they said no refund because they claimed we had received everything clean and locked. We handed over the key and didn't stay. It was a total disappointment because we really loved this place.
