Very clean, helpful staff. Payment could only be made in cash or via QR code. I didn’t have enough VND and couldn’t pay by QR, but they accepted pounds sterling in cash, which was very helpful. I only stayed one night, but I was pleased with the hotel. Nothing else.

The hotel was very clean and new. Staff support during our stay was quick and professional. We will definitely visit this hotel again if we go to Phước Hải. It truly meets the 3‑star hotel standard.
