The spot was fine, the cleaning was only modest, the host was just okay, and the grill worked. We had to ask for toilet paper and towels because they weren't there. Cleaning was average and a bit lacking. We didn’t get hot water for two nights; the issue was fixed after two days. The bathroom cleaning was disappointing, and the coffee machine didn’t work at all.

“Oribil”

The place was just a “two‑step” away from decent. There were no towels, soap in the bathroom, or toilet paper. The neighbors who had towels seemed to have been “STOLEN” because they developed fungal rashes and irritation. Light in the rooms was very weak, the furniture was old, the décor was all over the place, the entrance had a hundred pennies on the door, and there were mosquitoes in the bathroom because the window was left open for ventilation but no screen was present. The floor drain in the bathroom was broken, it flooded, and the next day you couldn’t wash your hands at the sink. The shower tiles had never been cleaned since they were installed.

“Absolut dezamagitor”

The location was good. We arrived in the evening and had no hot water; in the morning we had no hot water from 8:20 until 12:00‑13:00. There was no toilet paper in the rooms unless we asked for it—when we asked, we were told we needed 3 rolls for a 5‑day stay for two people. The overall cleanliness of the rooms was lacking; the floors were dirty, probably from previous guests, and only a superficial clean was done. The listing said there would be towels in the room, but that wasn’t the case (luckily I brought my own). When we called for towels, they said “we didn’t leave them in the room because some other guests had stolen them recently” (ridiculous). There was no hand soap in the bathroom, something I’ve never seen elsewhere. The coffee machine listed as available was obviously broken. No invoice was provided.

“Ok, but expected more”

The accommodation sits in a great spot. It was always very quiet, and the beach was only about a 10–15 minute walk away. We had everything we needed, and the host even gave us extra toilet paper. The room was generally clean on arrival, though there were a few stains on the bedding. Overall it offered good value for a budget stay. That said, this is a budget place, so expectations should match the price; I still expected a bit nicer when we first arrived. The biggest drawback was the bathroom: the shower has no glass door or curtain, so water splashes everywhere after each shower. We also had a leak in one of the rooms due to an unexpected issue. Because it’s a beach property and rooms get sandy quickly, it would be helpful to provide basic cleaning supplies (like a mop) or offer a quick cleaning service every few days. By the end of our stay, the room had become quite messy simply because there was no way to clean it ourselves, which isn’t a nice state to leave for the staff to clean all at once.

The bed linens were dirty, towels were missing, and if you choose this place you should bring your own towels and shower gel.
