“Excelente ubicación y buen trato”

The location was excellent and the hotel staff were outstanding. The only downside was the lack of common areas; the breakfast, while varied, was a small portion.

The reception staff were excellent during my stay, and the hotel’s location near the 70 area made it easy to reach various places. The breakfast was a highlight—tasty, complete, and varied daily, which made the experience more enjoyable. These positives earned recognition. I stayed about 6 days and the room was cleaned only once, despite repeated requests. The bed was not made, the bathroom was neither blocked nor cleaned, and the stained towel with hair dye was never replaced. I reported the issue immediately and agreed to pay, but a cleaning staff member confronted me arrogantly in front of other guests, unnecessarily exposing me. My frustration was not about the towel charge but about the disrespect and lack of professionalism. They left the stained towel on the bed and never provided a clean one throughout my stay. The excuses for not cleaning the room were unjustified. Additionally, for the last two days, heavy hammering began at 8:00 am, preventing me from resting during my vacation. I am very disappointed, paid for a service I did not receive properly and for treatment no guest deserves.

The location is good. Street noise intrudes, but it is tolerable.
