I booked in the morning, and when we arrived the lady told us there was no room available because she hadn’t closed the booking on the site, so we ended up paying for a round‑trip taxi for nothing and had nowhere to sleep.

The location was good. The room I paid for wasn’t available, so I had to help move a bed into a different room to get the one I paid for. I paid for breakfast but was told I couldn’t have it because the host was too busy. During my stay there was no cleaner, and one never came while I was there.

The calm and the owners’ availability were positives. The negatives were the lack of wardrobes or storage space for clothes, no hot water, no towels, no soap, and no toilet paper.

I got there late because the Diama border was delayed, but the owners waited for me and even a guardian patrols the whole street, so parking here feels safe. Nothing else to complain about; I'll book again.
